How far in advance should we book our date?
Phoenix wedding and gala dates fill quickly, especially during spring and fall high seasons (October through May). We recommend reserving 2 to 6 months in advance. However, we always welcome last-minute inquiries and will do our best to accommodate your schedule!
What is included with your luxury photo booth rental?
Every booth rental includes delivery, setup, and teardown, an on-site friendly attendant, custom photo strip design matching your event branding, an assortment of fun props, premium backdrop selection, and instant digital delivery via SMS, QR, and AirDrop.
How quickly will we receive our photographs?
For photo booth events, guests receive their prints and digital photos instantaneously on site! For portrait, family, and event photography sessions, we deliver a curated sneak peek within 24–48 hours, with your full retouched high-resolution online gallery delivered within 7 to 14 days.
Do you require a deposit to lock in our date?
Yes, a small deposit ($100–$150 depending on the experience) secures your date exclusively on our calendar. The remaining balance is typically due one week prior to your event date.
Are you licensed and insured for venues that require a COI?
Absolutely. We are fully registered, licensed, and carry $2,000,000 in commercial general liability insurance. We can issue a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your venue as additional insured at no extra charge.
Can we customize the backdrop and photo print templates?
Yes! We work with you to incorporate your wedding monogram, anniversary date, company logo, hashtags, and exact brand color scheme onto every photo printout and digital frame.
